Política de Devolução e Reembolso
A satisfação dos meus clientes é muito importante para mim. Cada obra é criada ou selecionada com cuidado e enviada com a máxima atenção à sua proteção.
Transporte e Seguro
Todas as obras são enviadas com seguro de transporte incluído. Caso a encomenda chegue danificada, deverá contactar-me no prazo de 48 horas após a receção, enviando fotografias da embalagem e da obra, para que a situação possa ser analisada e resolvida o mais rapidamente possível.
Devoluções
Se, por qualquer motivo, não ficar totalmente satisfeito com a obra adquirida, poderá devolvê-la no prazo de 30 dias após a sua receção.
A obra deverá ser devolvida nas mesmas condições em que foi recebida e devidamente embalada para garantir a sua proteção durante o transporte.
Reembolsos
Após a receção e verificação do estado da obra devolvida, será efetuado o reembolso do valor pago pela obra.
Os custos de transporte e devolução não são reembolsáveis, exceto nos casos em que a obra apresente danos comprovadamente ocorridos durante o transporte.

Your satisfaction is very important to me. Each artwork is created or selected with great care and shipped with special attention to its protection.
Shipping and Insurance
All artworks are shipped with transport insurance included. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the artwork so that the issue can be assessed and resolved as quickly as possible.
Returns
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork within 30 days of receiving it.
The artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and carefully packaged to ensure its protection during transit.
Refunds
Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, a refund for the purchase price of the artwork will be issued.
Shipping and return costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the artwork has been demonstrably damaged during transit.
